- The Sioux City Convention Center features 50,000 square feet of renovated exhibit space with a new sound system, carpeting, lighting, ceiling tiles and paint. The project was completed last fall.
Clay County
- Holiday Inn Express & Suites Spencer opened in May with 68 guest rooms and a small meeting room.
