The 203-room Brookfield Suites Hotel & Convention Center is currently undergoing renovations of its public spaces including the lobby, entrance to the hotel and restaurant and bar. The property offers more than 6,000 square feet of meeting space, including the 4,000-square-foot Grande Ballroom with a 400-person capacity.
The DoubleTree by Hilton Milwaukee-Brookfield is remodeling all 177 guest rooms, pool area, restaurant, bar and lobby. The property has 4,500 square feet of meeting and event space which includes a 2,100-square-foot ballroom that can accommodate 225 people.
The Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield is scheduled to begin a full renovation of the restaurant, bar and lobby, which will feature pods in place of a traditional front desk. All 389 guest rooms were renovated in 2014, but at this time the bathrooms, lighting and artwork will get upgrades. The property has 19,000 square feet of meeting space.
The 281-room Milwaukee Marriott West, located in Waukesha, recently completed the renovation of its event space. The state-of-the-art space has nearly 14,000 square feet of meeting space with 14 meeting rooms and includes a 7,500-square-foot ballroom. The new event space can accommodate 1,000 theater-style and 800 for a reception.
