  • The Residence Inn Tallahassee Universities at the Capitol, located by the FSU Turnbull Conference Center, just completed a $15 million renovation that reinvented 135 guest rooms and expanded public space and conference center capacity.
  • DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton Tallahassee has refurbished its 5,000 square feet of meeting space and in 2016 will renovate its guest rooms and pool. The property also will construct a new top floor for a planned rooftop restaurant and bar.
  • Eight miles from Tallahassee Regional Airport, the newly opened Home2 Suites by Hilton Tallahassee State Capitol includes 132 studios and one-bedroom suites with work stations and on-site business and fitness centers.
  • The historic Crowne Plaza Pensacola Grand Hotel recently unveiled 210 renovated guest rooms, boasting top-of-the-line linens and amenities as well as complimentary high-speed wireless Internet. The property offers 7,584 square feet of meeting space, including a grand ballroom.
  • Set for a summer 2016 opening, The Henderson, a Salamander Beach & Spa Resort will stretch across nearly two miles of Destin beachfront and feature 171 rooms, a signature restaurant and other dining options, a full spa and 40,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor event space, including a 5,400-square-foot ballroom.
  • The Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa has added a third, 7,500-square-foot ballroom, bringing the property’s meeting space to 40,000 square feet. The on-site Serenity by the Sea spa also has been enhanced to include expanded lounges and a new group relaxation area.
  • In Panama City Beach, the Holiday Inn Resort will expand its Oasis Bar Deck by 9,000 square feet in spring 2016, allowing for 40 seats at the bar where there were only 12 and adding a performance stage and seating for 200. The property’s 4,000 square feet of meeting space includes the SeaWatch Conference & Entertainment Center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
