The 150-room Hyatt House Atlanta Downtown opened in July 2015. The $25 million property has two meeting rooms.
AC Hotel Buckhead will be the first AC Hotel in Atlanta when it opens in early 2016. Located adjacent to Phipps Plaza, the hotel will have 166 guest rooms and 2,500 square feet of meeting space as well as an indoor swimming pool.
Hotel Indigo Downtown is scheduled to open in late 2016. Located on the first nine floors of office building 230 Peachtree Street, the property will offer 200 guest rooms and three meeting rooms.
The 146-room SpringHill Suites by Marriott Downtown will open across from Pemberton Place in 2016.
In 2017, the $1.4 billion Mercedes-Benz Stadium will become the home of the NFL Falcons and the new Atlanta United Football Club. The 2 million-square-foot stadium will feature a retractable roof, 75,000 seats, and 7,500 club seats.
The 150-room Homewood Suites by Hilton Downtown is scheduled to open in 2017 near Centennial Olympic Park in the Luckie Marietta District.

In Spring 2018, the Hard Rock Hotel Atlanta is slated to open next to Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The property will offer 220 guest rooms, a rooftop bar, an outdoor swimming pool, and more than 10,000 square feet of meeting space.
Georgia World Congress Center Authority is planning an upscale convention hotel on Northside Drive. Estimated to cost between $207 million to $245 million, the property will add 800 to 1,000 guest rooms when it opens in 2019.
