Early 2016 will see the opening of riverfront LondonHouse Chicago on North Michigan Avenue. The luxury lifestyle hotel will boast 452 guest rooms and 25,000 square feet of catering and event space.
In spring 2016, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants will launch a four-star property in a circa-1894 office building. Located on LaSalle Street, the hotel will have 281 guest rooms and meeting space that includes a top-floor ballroom.
The West Loop will welcome an Ace Hotel in early 2016. The hip chain property will offer 150 guest rooms.
The 156-room Hotel Indigo Chicago-Millennium Park is scheduled to open in 2016.
New properties slated for 2017 include the 1,200-room Marriott Marquis Chicago, a triple-branded Hilton complex on East Cermak Road, and a 175-room Sheraton.
