BOSTON
In December 2015, Hotel Commonwealth, the official hotel of the Boston Red Sox, completed a $50 million renovation and expansion. Just steps from Fenway Park, the hotel added 96 new guest rooms for a total of 245 rooms and suites; 6,000 square feet of new event space; multifunctional outdoor terrace facing Fenway Park; and luxurious new Fenway Park Suite, with walkout balcony just 500 feet from Fenway’s iconic Green Monster.

Two new Starwood properties recently debuted in the South Boston Seaport District near the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. Unveiled last month, the 330-room Aloft Boston Seaport offers 12,000 square feet of meeting space. Opened in January 2016, the 180-room Element Boston Seaport has two meeting rooms.

Marriott's European-inspired AC Hotelsbrand continues its U.S. expansion with the imminent launch of the 152-room AC Hotel Boston North in suburban Medford. Another 150-room AC property is slated to open at the 27-acre Cambridge Discovery Park this spring.

BERKSHIRES
Opened in September 2015, the new $14 million Hilton Garden Inn Lenox/Pittsfield has 95 rooms and two meeting spaces for up to 75 people, plus indoor pool, and bar and restaurant with outdoor seating.

The newly renovated Fairfield Inn & Suites Berkshires Marriott in Great Barrington offers 93 rooms and suites, and meeting space for around 500. 

SPRINGFIELD
Opened in October 2015, the new 87-room Hampton Inn & Suites Springfield/Downtown offers conference space for up to 25 people.

WORCESTER
The 65-room Suburban Extended Stay Worcester has completed an extensive renovation including new meeting space for 25 guests.
