The dual-branded 300-acre resort development Cachet Resort Wanfeng Valley is set to open in Guizhou Province, China, later this year.
The resort complex will feature a 182-room Cachet Resort Hotel, a 71-room URBN hotel and will offer two restaurants and lounges, including an all-day dining venue. There will also be a swimming pool, spa and fully equipped fitness center on-site. On the ground floor is 3,300 square feet of meeting and function space while adjacent to the property is a newly built 107,639-square-foot conference center.
Cachet Resort Wanfeng Valley is designed by Milan-based architect Stefano Boeri along with one of China’s most well-known, acclaimed artists, Simon Ma, and is owned and developed Guizhou SenYao Real Estate Development Company.
“We are proud and honored to partner with visionary developers SenYao Real Estate Development,” said Alexander Mirza, CEO and president of Cachet Hotel Group. “This signing underscores our commitment to fulfilling the demand for lifestyle destinations in Asia and we look forward to bringing our tech-forward, innovative Cachet and URBN brands to Wanfeng Valley.”
Guizhou is a national tourism destination known for its scenery and was named one of the “Top 52 Places to Go in 2016,” according to The New York Times. Nestled in Wanfeng Valley Village, the resort has shopping, dining and entertainment outlets nearby as well as the main airport and a high-speed rail station set to open in 2020.
