Beerhaus, a modern American beer hall, is opening in April 2016 at The Park-MGM Resort’s new dining and entertainment district in Las Vegas.
Located between the New York-New York and Monte Carlo hotels, the venue will pour Vegas-local breweries alongside domestic and international brews, and is situated near the new 20,000-seat T-Mobile Arena, offering groups an ideal pre- and post-event spot. The outdoor space will feature artisanal, hand-held bites that are regionally sourced, like roasted sausages and rotisserie sandwiches. The full venue can be rented.
An array of options for groups is available, such as a “Beerhaus Feast,” which is a prix fixe dinner experience complemented by beer pairing, or a game night for attendees with round-robin tournaments of foosball, cornhole, shuffle board and more.
The Park will be serve as an outdoor park, dining and entertainment district on the Las Vegas Strip.
“We’ve created a neighborhood environment that invites our guests to explore many of our resorts on the Strip’s west side, collecting experiences along the way, with The Park serving as a central gathering space for people to relax, dine and be entertained,” says Jim Murren, chairman and CEO of MGM Resorts International.
Well-known eateries like Shake Shack, California Pizza Kitchen, Bruxie and Sake Rok will offer visitors a variety of food and beverage options.
The Park has implemented an environmental sustainability program throughout construction stages, and will continue post-opening with focuses on energy and water conservation, green building and waste management through technology and innovative design. The restaurant corridor is being built to LEED Gold standards.
