CLEARWATER, Fla.
Hyatt Regency Clearwater Resort & Spa named Andrea Honan the director of sales, marketing and events. Honan will direct the resort’s sales, marketing and events functions.
Honan was part of the 2009 opening team for Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa as director of catering and convention services.
Prior to her moving to Clearwater, Honan held roles with Hyatt starting in 2005 as catering manager and later group sales manager at Hyatt Rosemont. In 2007, she joined Hyatt Regency O’Hare as associate director of catering and convention services. Honan was awarded Hyatt’s Director of Catering of the Year in 2011 and is involved with the Clearwater Regional Chamber of Commerce and has served as vice-chair for events and marketing in 2013 and 2014.
