Reserve Cut is a contemporary kosher steakhouse located in the Financial District. The 6,000-square-foot venue offers several private dining areas and the entire restaurant can be rented out for up to 350 people.
For smaller gatherings, the glass enclosed Wine Gallery can accommodate up to 16 guests while the sports bar area, which offers multiple TVs and a drop-down screen, can hold up to 26. The Marble Room, which can seat 65, features windows facing Broad Street, drop-down screens, an LCD projector and a sound system. Also ideal for 65 guests, The RC Lounge has draped Thai silk walls and banquettes with bronze mother of pearl shell tables and glass inlay.
According to Patty Pochtar, catering director, groups can really customize any type of event and can bring in their own decor, flowers, bands and entertainment. Custom cakes are available from the in-house pastry chef and menus can be modified based on the event, like special courses for a wine pairing dinner.
Reserve Cut is owned by Albert Allaham, whose family has been in the butcher business for 200 years, and the kitchen offers a fresh take on kosher cuisine with farm fresh ingredients.
