Portland Area Hotel Completes Renovation

TIGARD, Ore.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Portland-Washington Square completed a multimillion-dollar renovation under the management of Spire Hospitality. Featuring fresh amenities, new atrium and community spaces, upgraded meeting space, improved indoor pool and whirlpool, rebranded Cascadia restaurant and modernized two-room suites suitable for both business and leisure travelers, the hotel transformation is a dramatic enhancement.

The hotel reveals 356 renewed two-room suites featuring a sleek, modernized and comfortable design. The upgraded suites include two, 40-inch, flat-screen HDTVs and high-speed Wi-Fi service. Extending the comforts of home to travelers, the guest rooms include a refrigerator, coffeemaker and microwave oven. All two-room suite accommodations are comprised of a private guest room and separate living area.

The hotel’s rebranded restaurant Cascadia, introduces a brand new northwest dining and retail market concept featuring lunch, dinner, happy hour, carry out and suite service menus by executive chef Scott Hensley and executive sous chef Joe Gonzalez. New draft wine and beer systems are dedicated to extraordinary Willamette Valley wines and handcrafted beers from around Oregon. All-new flooring, lighting, sound system, artwork and seating in Cascadia create a tranquil ambiance for guests to enjoy their dining experience.
