Detroit Area Property Unveils Transformation

LIVONIA, Mich.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Detroit-Livonia/Novi completed a multimillion-dollar renovation under the management of Spire Hospitality. The transformation includes updates to all of the 239 guest suites, a new in-house restaurant and other public places and featuring sleek, contemporary design with a sophisticated color palette of blue, beige, brown and energetic accent colors.

The hotel’s expansive atrium introduces a completely revitalized space where guests may socialize and unwind. Featuring new meeting and event space, rebranded restaurant as well as modernized two-room suites suitable for both business and leisure travelers, the hotel transformation debuts significant options for suites in the Metro Detroit area.

The two-room suite accommodations include a private guest room and separate living area with a sectional chaise lounge and queen-size sofa sleeper and modern comforts include two flat screen high-definition TVs, a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and a selection of gourmet coffee and teas from The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Signature Premium Floor Suites include upgraded amenities including a Keurig coffee machine, complimentary beverages in the refrigerator and a remote snack station.

Further, the hotel’s artfully designed and ergonomically-minded furnishings complete the common spaces and guestrooms, while eco-minded features include a high-quality, energy-efficient lighting system, linen reuse program and recycling program.

More than 7,000 square feet of newly-remodeled, flexible meeting space offers inventive set-up options, advanced audio visual equipment and high-speed internet access via complimentary Wi-Fi. The event spaces include large meeting rooms, boardrooms, conference space and the Embassy Ballroom. The hotel’s dedicated and knowledgeable staff offer personalized event planning and customized catering selections.

The hotel’s atrium debuts a completely repurposed space where guests may socialize, unwind, enjoy complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast, or a nightly evening reception that includes light bites and beverages. The redesigned, five-story atrium debuts all-new water features that bring a natural element to the sleek design.

The newly launched “Ganders”, the in-house restaurant under the stewardship of executive chef Yvonne Przytula, introduces locally-inspired dishes using Michigan-made products.
