NewBo City Market
This year-round city market kicked off a construction boom in what is now known as the New Bohemia neighborhood, a place where visitors can enjoy unique shopping, local dining and various activities. The on-site, 9,000-square-foot Rotary Hall offers reception space for groups of up to 500.

African American Museum of Iowa
Situated along the Cedar River in downtown Cedar Rapids, this eastern Iowa museum has been in operation since 1994 with a mission of spreading the rich heritage of African Americans in Iowa. The Aldeen Davis Celebration Hall can be rented for groups of up to 240 seated theater-style.

Cedar Rapids Museum of Art
With over 7,200 works of art, including a notable collection of American art, it seems there’s always something new on display at the museum. The venue also includes reception space for up to 300.

Cedar Ridge Winery & Distillery
While this family-owned winery and distillery is located outside of Cedar Rapids in Swisher, Iowa, it’s well worth the 15-minute drive to check out its award-winning wines and spirits. Groups can take part in a tour of the facility or enjoy a reception for up to 200 guests at the on-site Event Center.

National Czech & Slovak Museum & Library
An iconic architectural marker for the Czech Village neighborhood, this museum is recognized as the nation’s foremost institution for the preservation of Czech and Slovak history and culture. Rental spaces include a 240-person banquet space, the Rozek Grand Hall and an outdoor amphitheater.
