Sky High Yoga and More Wellness in Mexico City

When traveling, you want to take in the sights, learn about the history, experience the culture and have adventures unique to the city, but that’s not always easy to do between meetings and work. St. Regis Mexico City’s Cultural Curator program takes the work out of planning these excursions and offers private tours of museums, landmarks and now wellness and spa experiences.

“It is our honor and commitment to introduce this historic city to our visitors through authentic experiences presented in true St. Regis style and we achieve this goal with a creative, engaging, and outside-of-the-box mentality,” explains Bernard de Villele, general director of the hotel.

One offering through the new program is sky yoga on the hotel’s helipad, where participants will have a 60-minutes yoga session under the instruction of Ana Paula Domingez, founder and director of the Mexican Institute of Yoga. The class is followed by light snacks, power beverages and a group photo by a professional photographer. Other group wellness programs include spa treatments using Mexican ingredients and rituals, and 15-minute power-break sessions focusing on breathing techniques, meditation or guidance to improving physical posture while working.

Located on the historic Paseo de la Reforma, the 189-room hotel features more than 10,000 square feet of meeting space, including 12 spaces and that can accommodate up to 600 attendees.
