Meeting & Incentive Forums held its Europe Summer 2016 program in Madrid, Spain, June 28-July 2, welcoming more than 350 buyers from 32 countries and 319 suppliers representing 27 nations, with highlights that included a gala dinner recognizing its 10th anniversary at soccer team Real Madrid’s Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.
The program, which was headquartered in the recently renovated NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding and the Melia Castilla, cycled in two sets of meeting and incentive planners over two two-day programs for individual pre-scheduled buyer-supplier meetings and networking events.
Other highlights included various off-site experiences and dinners and after-parties at venues such as Palacio del Negralejo and Melia Castilla.
The Europe program is one of six global travel events operated by Worldwide Events, a division of Big Worldwide, a travel, tech, events and media company, which produces the annual PRIVATE MICE Autumn, Europe Autumn, Emerging Markets, Europe Spring, PRIVATE MICE Spring and a The Americas program.
The next M&I Forum, The Americas will be held April 23-26, 2017, at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach in Cancun. It will follow a similar format, introducing U.S. planners to suppliers from across the globe.
