Jackson
The Lodge at Jackson Hole opened a new conference center this past spring. Situated downtown across the street from the lodge, the conference center is suitable for groups of up to 300 people. Meeting spaces include an executive boardroom and a 3,780-square-foot ballroom.
Sheridan
At press time, a 72-room Fairfield Inn and Suites was scheduled to open at the end of this month (August 2016) with amenities including a pool, and fitness and business centers.
In May 2015, the Sheridan Inn reopened its doors for the first time in 50 years. The newly renovated property offers 22 uniquely designed suites and a large ballroom.
Casper
Recent improvements at Parkway Plaza Casper include guest room upgrades, a new modern lobby, a facelift to all public spaces and new flooring in the 7,140-square-foot grand hall. Bathroom renovations in all guest rooms will be complete by the end of the summer (2016).
The 81-room Candlewood Suites Casper opened in April (2016).
Campbell County
A total of 300 new hotel rooms recently opened in the Gillette-Wright area, including the 99-room Hilton Home2 Suites, which opened in November 2015, the 112-room LaQuinta Inn & Suites Gillette, which opened in May (2016), and the 89-room Marriott TownePlace Suites, which just opened in June (2016).
