Colleen Phalen, CMP, CEM, is the new executive vice president, program development and meetings for DMAI. Phalen will direct and manage all educational content and operations for DMAI meetings, webinars and certificate/credential programs. She will also play a leading role in the development of DMAI tools and resources. Phalen will be based in Washington, D.C.
