A key feature is both the booking engine and a room block management element. With these, planners have the ability to offer hotel rooms through the platform’s engine, a hotel website, a self-booking tool or by loading their own room blocks.
The cloud-based platform also offers attendee management, cloning meetings, rules, a media library, collaboration tools, credit card processing, a dashboard and the ability to export data and reports. Users can also reply to invitations, text, request flights, use mobile check-in and complete surveys through Groupize Reg.
