Our newly launched promotion, “Check it off your list,” takes this a step forward and rewards the planners for creating a successful program with a choice of these bucket list items – just for them.”
“Check it off your list” promotion
The “Check it off your List” Meeting promotion, rewards meeting and incentive industry planners for booking groups at select participating hotels and resorts in Puerto Rico with, not only with the traditional room night incentive offerings, but added bucket list options for them to choose from. The promotion applies to new leads or groups that are in the destination selection process for any future date. The contract must be signed by December 31st, 2016 with the travel window until December 2018.
For each booked room night, Meet Puerto Rico will provide an additional dollar amount: for 1,000+ room nights - $15.00/per booked room night; 700-999 room nights - $12.00/per booked room night; 400-699 room nights - $10.00/per booked room night and for 100-399 room nights - $8.00/per booked room night. (Contributions are not applicable to room rate, tax, incidentals or resort fee).
Special bucket list incentive for planners
Based on room nights booked, planners will be eligible for a specific amount of vouchers to a bucket list experience of their choice. Experience buckets include experiences in Culinary, Nature, Historical or Ecotourism. (Please refer to additional terms and conditions that apply to this offer).
Site inspection invitation
For planners who book a group of at least 250 room nights (by December 3, 2016), you will be the guest of Meet Puerto Rico for a 3-night/4-day site or pre-planning inspection, including airfare (maximum $500.00), hotel accommodation, and all transfers.
Additional Incentive – Raffle to win one trip to Puerto Rico
Book at least 100 room nights by December 31, 2016, and planners will be entered into a raffle to win 1 (one) trip to Puerto Rico for the planner and a guest including a $250.00 gift card to spend in the Mall of San Juan.
