The Denver Marriott Tech Center underwent a property-wide transformation that included a complete overhaul of the hotel’s lobby, 605 guest rooms and more than 50,000 square feet of meeting space.
Designed by internationally acclaimed Parker-Torres Design Inc., guest rooms and public spaces now feature modern decor in shades of grays, browns and blues to reflect the natural beauty and rich minerals of Colorado.
The hotel’s two towers of guest rooms were refreshed with contemporary furniture, 49-inch flat screen TVs and refrigerators as well as new bathrooms with sliding barn doors, backlit mirrors and tile showers.
Owned by Bethesda, Md.-based Host Hotels & Resorts the Denver Marriott Tech Center added 36 upscale Extended Stay Executive Studios and five Extended Stay Executive Suites featuring separate living, kitchen and sleeping spaces as well as 5,000 square feet of additional meeting space configured into four breakout rooms.
Managed by Denver’s Sage Hospitality, the property offers Marriott’s new in-room entertainment system featuring NetFlix, the latest Wi-Fi technology, mobile check-in and state-of-the-art reader boards.
Located close to Greenwood Village, Denver International Airport, Park Meadows Mall, Cherry Creek Mall and The Landmark, the pet-friendly hotel is one of the first in the nation to offer a Marriott M Club Lounge, an exclusive space where Marriott Rewards Members can work, enjoy a bite, recharge and connect.
Scheduled to debut in early 2017 is an innovative new restaurant concept, which will be a freestanding restaurant with in the lobby atrium. Other changes will include a larger fitness center with updated equipment and an on-site market both. The property will continue to have indoor and outdoor pools.
