St. Regis Hotels & Resorts unveiled a $35 million investment in The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort that includes the launch of a Greek-inspired restaurant, the addition of three four-bedroom suites and a reimagined and expanded lobby lounge.
The upgrades follow the recent opening of the gourmet BH Burger Bar, the new St. Regis Bar & Sushi Lounge, as well as the debut of the Caroline Room, an 1,800-square-foot private events space on the resort’s conference level.
Greece native and Executive Chef Anastasios Chasekioglou opened Atlantikós restaurant, serving a menu with flavors found throughout the Greek islands. A traditional Greek plate-breaking ritual sets off dinner service each night and fresh herbs are set at each table, encouraging diners to add some to their dishes.
The new Lobby Lounge features a glass house framework, and La Gourmandise offers light fare throughout the day as well as afternoon tea, cocktails and pastries from Pastry Chef Antonio Bachour.
The 216-room resort offers 11,200 square feet of meeting space, including 21 event rooms and the nearly 6,700-square-foor Astor Ballroom, with a capacity for 500.
