HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif.

Kimpton Shorebreak Hotel announced new hire Lizzie Raudenbush as director of sales and marketing.

In her new role, Raudenbush will be responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs for the 157-room boutique hotel.

Raudenbush comes to the Shorebreak from Kimpton Hotel Palomar San Diego, where she spent five years in various roles, most recently as associate director of sales. In that role, she oversaw the day to day operation of the sales and catering departments while playing a crucial role in driving the topline strategies of the hotel. Her other positions included serving as business travel sales manager and group sales manager. During her time, Raudenbush built the hotel’s corporate negotiated and consortia markets from the ground up through creative, tactful and relationship-driven sales strategies. As a testament to her versatility, she seamlessly moved into group sales and quickly became the highest revenue producing group sales manager in the history of the hotel.

Prior to her role at Hotel Palomar San Diego, Raudenbush spent two years as production manager at San Diego Magazine where she oversaw the assembling and completion of editorial and advertising for San Diego Magazine and its subsidiary publications.

“After five incredible years at Hotel Palomar San Diego, I am thrilled to continue my career with Kimpton Hotels as I embark on a new adventure at the Shorebreak,” said Raudenbush. “With so many exciting things happening on the property in the forthcoming years, including our new restaurant and hotel updates, I’m really looking forward to being a part of the strategy and process, while implementing new programs and forming new partnerships in Surf City.”

Kimpton Shorebreak Hotel is located near the iconic intersection of Main Street and Pacific Coast Highway, at the center of eclectic shopping, dining, and entertainment.
