HOUSTON, Tex.
Hyatt Regency Houston promoted Darlene Eddy to associate director of sales while adding several other hospitality veterans to the sales team of the 955-room property.
In her new position, Eddy will mentor and train hotel sales managers while assisting the hotel’s director of sales with financial reporting and analysis.
The hotel also has added Steven Barner and Sara McBride as sales managers responsible for scheduling conferences, meetings and events at the iconic, AAA four diamond property.
Barner previously served as hotel assistant manager and assistant executive housekeeper at Grand Hyatt Denver. McBride previously served as a sales manager and event sales manager at San Antonio’s Hyatt Regency Riverwalk.
Victoria Lish was named the new marketing manager where she will manage the hotel’s marketing strategies while supporting the property’s public relations and sales initiatives.
Hyatt Regency Houston is located downtown and features over 71,300 square feet of function space, including 42 meeting rooms and a 30-story atrium lobby that can be used for receptions.
