Green Bay
Lodge Kohler, the exclusive hotel of the Green Bay Packers’ Titletown District, opened in July across the street from Lambeau Field. The property features 134 guest rooms, 10 suites in a variety of sizes, an on-site restaurant and spa, and several dining/event spaces.
Fond du Lac
Hotel Retlaw, located downtown, will reopen in spring 2018 after a major renovation project.
Fox Cities
Fox Cities Exhibition Center, slated to open this fall in downtown Appleton, will offer 37,000-plus square feet of event space. The center is connected to the 390-room Radisson Paper Valley Hotel, which offers an additional 40,000 square feet of meeting space.
Courtyard Marriott Appleton is on track to open in September and will offer 88 guest rooms and nine suites, as well as meeting space.
Riverwalk Hotel Downtown Neenah, currently undergoing a renovation and flag change to a DoubleTree by Hilton, has a tentative completion date of this fall.
Oshkosh
The 3,500-seat Oshkosh Arena, home of the Wisconsin Herd basketball team, is scheduled to open this fall.
