Dream Hollywood opened its doors as part of the revitalization of Los Angeles’ Hollywood neighborhood. The hotel’s design pays homage to the city’s iconic Mid-Century Modern architecture and has 178 guest rooms, including an 1,800-square-foot Guest House suite with a private screening room. The property features an indoor-outdoor, double-height lobby with retractable walls; an 11,000-square-foot rooftop pool; restaurant and lounge with views of the Hollywood Hills and Los Angeles Skyline; a gym and wellness program designed by celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson; and 3,000 square feet of meeting space. There are also five restaurant and nightlife venues operated by TAO Group located within and adjacent to the hotel.

Graduate Berkeley is now part of Benchmark’s Gemstone Collection. Formerly the Hotel Durant, the property has been revitalized and renamed following an extensive renovation. The hotel pays homage to the historic building’s roots and University California Berkeley founder, Henry Durant, through the design and reimagining of Henry’s, the hotel’s restaurant and bar. In both its public spaces and 144 guest rooms, the furniture and art are curated to feel residential and preppy, with elements from different eras and from around the globe. The property offers 1,050 square feet of conference space, including the California Room and a boardroom.

Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs is set to debut this fall. The seven-story, 153-room hotel is part of the city’s major downtown revitalization project and features Palm Springs’ first and only rooftop pool along with 4 Saints, an open-air bar and restaurant, with views of the San Jacinto Mountains. The lobby living room includes Window Bar and Juniper Table, a casual Mediterranean cafe that will offer food and beverage for dining in or on the go. The property will have more than 5,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, including a ballroom, rooftop annex and boardroom.
