KobiKarp Architecture & Interior Design, a design firm headquartered in Miami, took the helm in designing the ultra-modern property. KobiKarp infused the hotel's design and architecture with a clean, crisp and sophisticated aesthetic. As Sunny Isle's newest hotel brand, Residence Inn highlights style, art, design and connectivity which are reflected in many areas throughout the entire guest experience.
International art advisor Dina Mitrani, of Dina Mitrani Gallery, assembled collection of world-renowned artists with deep roots in Miami to create a collection of contemporary works throughout the hotel.
