Carolyn Maloney joined BCD Meetings & Events as its new vice president of progressive operations. She will be responsible for expanding Strategic Meetings Management (SMM) solutions with a focus on adding value to customer programs. Previously with CWT meetings & events, Maloney brings more than 20 years of industry experience to the company, including global account management and operations experience. BCD Meetings & Events is a meeting and event management agency headquartered in Chicago that offers event-to-enterprise solutions ranging from operating a single meeting to designing full SMM programs.
