California

Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills unveiled Wellness Rooms in partnership with Delos. The five wellness-themed guest rooms and two suites combine the latest technologies from Delos with new room design and eco chic features. Guests have access to sleep, stress and nutrition programs from the Cleveland Clinic, GoWell! nutritious menu options endorsed and approved by the Cleveland Clinic and guided meditations by Dr. Deepak Chopra. Wellness Rooms also offer exercise equipment, Alo Yoga mats, nutritious snacks in the mini-bar, and natural toiletry amenities from LATHER. The circadian lighting in the rooms is controlled by a Mood Box and has been engineered to simulate the color temperature and intensity of natural outdoor light, working to energize the body during the day and enhance sleep quality at night. The rooms also have a state-of-the-art air purification system and a dechlorinator in the shower. Meanwhile, guests staying in the Wellness Rooms can enjoy an 80-minute massage for the price of a 50-minute treatment at Four Seasons Los Angeles Spa.

Colorado

Hilton Denver City Center recently debuted as the latest property in the company’s growing Colorado portfolio. The modern, upscale retreat underwent a $27 million renovation prior to opening. The hotel has 581 guest rooms and 32 suites, and expansive, flexible events space. Towering above the Mile High City, Hilton Denver City Center offers views of the Rocky Mountains and city skyline and is conveniently located near main downtown attractions such as the Colorado Convention Center, 16th Street Mall, Pepsi Center, Sports Authority Field and Denver Art Museum.

 

Nevada

Caesars Entertainment Corp. announced plans to develop Caesars Forum, a 550,000-square-foot conference center set to be located east of the Las Vegas Strip, with bridge connections to Harrah’s, LINQ and the LINQ Promenade. The $375 million venue will set itself apart with the two largest pillarless ballrooms in North America—each measuring 108,000 square feet. Caesars Forum will boast 300,000 square feet of flexible indoor meeting space, including the two 108,000-square-foot ballrooms as well as two 40,000-square-foot ballrooms and boardrooms, in addition to a 100,000-square-foot outdoor plaza designed for receptions, meals and wellness breaks. Caesars Entertainment’s entire lineup of nine Las Vegas hotels totaling 20,000 guest rooms will be easily accessible to attendees, with the conference center offering direct access to Harrah’s Las Vegas, The LINQ Hotel and Flamingo Las Vegas, totaling more than 8,500 guest rooms. As part of a series of transactions with VICI Properties, Caesars Entertainment recently announced its intention to acquire 18.4 acres of land as part of its plans to develop the new conference center. Pending approvals, Caesars Forum is scheduled to break ground in the second quarter of 2018 and open in 2020.
