The Emerald Coast Convention Center is undergoing renovations slated for completion this year. The Center provides 12 meeting rooms, ranging from 450 to 10,800 square feet.

Henderson Beach Resort opened in November 2016 as a $300 million luxury resort in Destin. Henderson Beach Resort includes both the existing Henderson Park Inn as well as the new 170-room hotel called The Henderson, a Salamander Beach & Spa Resort. The Henderson has more than 10,000 square feet of meeting space, as well as a 2,200-square-foot rooftop venue, The Sunset Deck, which offers a view of The Henderson State Park and Gulf of Mexico.

The 602-room Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort and Spa  began a $5 million capital improvement project to enhance the guest experience at the property. The multiphase project will encompass improvements to guest rooms, outdoor dining and amenities. The hotel has more than 40,000 square feet of meeting space, a world-class spa and six on-site dining venues.

The 1,300-room Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is in the middle of a multimillion-dollar renovation. The 16,000-square-foot Linkside Conference Center is undergoing a complete renovation, including two ballrooms and multiple breakout rooms. The exterior and interior transformation will be completed this month. It has two ballrooms and multiple breakout rooms.

Hilton Pensacola Gulf Front renovated in the spring of 2017. It has 272 guest rooms and 30,000 square feet of meeting space.

The 175-room Hilton Garden Inn, Fort Walton Beach opened spring 2017. It features a 5,500-square-foot conference center.

The 162-room Margaritaville Beach Hotel on Pensacola Beach recently completed a renovation. The hotel has more than 7,500 square feet of meeting space. 

The historic 117-room Hotel Duval an Autograph Collection hotel, renovated its Horizon Ballroom & Level 8 Lounge. It has 6,350 square feet of meeting space.
