Nashville is one of the hottest meetings destinations going, in the midst of a facility boom that showcased its lures to attendees of PCMA’s Convening Leaders in January, and the new rooftop Woodlea aerie at Midtown’s 180-room Kimpton Aertson Hotel is well positioned to showcase it all.
The nearly 4,500-square-foot venue boasts a 270-degree view of downtown and the campus of Vanderbilt University, like a cherry on top of the hotel’s sundae of 10,000 square feet of space; its 3,200-square-foot Patterson Ballroom is utilized for larger groups.
To celebrate the New Year opening, the Aertson is offering a number of packages for groups, including a Sounds of Nashville package in partnership with Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI) that includes the following:
◗ An exclusive discount off the corporate rate for the Rounds Experience, which incorporates live performances by songwriters into a meeting or event. There are three different levels of songwriter rounds based on the number of hits the songwriters have written. Payment for the Rounds Experience will go directly to NSAI, the songwriters and their mission of protecting the rights of and serving aspiring and professional songwriters in all genres of music.
◗ A half-hour photo opportunity following the show where guests can ask questions and take photos with the songwriters.
◗ A complimentary one-hour reception following the show with beer, wine and a signature cocktail.
◗ Complimentary meeting room rental for hosting the Rounds Experience.
