ASHEVILLE, N.C.
The Omni Grove Park Inn unveiled its new Seely Pavilion. The arts and crafts-inspired venue offers over 3,200 square feet of function space and overlooks the property’s golf course and Blue Ridge Mountains.
The pavilion honors the style and craftsmanship of the historic Main Inn and features exposed trusses, reclaimed wood and a stacked hearth around a large fireplace, polished concrete flooring and floor-to-ceiling doors and windows.
The Seely Pavilion is named in honor of the Grove Park Inn Resort designer and original General Manager, Frederick Loring Seely.
With a history of serving guests for over a century, The Omni Grove Park Inn’s amenities include a unique subterranean spa, a Donald Ross-designed course, four locally sourced restaurants, an outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts and on-site shops.
Overall, the 513-room property boasts 86,852 square feet of meeting and event space, including 31 meeting rooms, two ballroom and outdoor terraces and patios. The 18,000-square foot grand ballroom can accommodate up to 1,800 guests.
