Crescent Hotels & Resorts opened the 27-story, 385-room Crowne Plaza Baltimore after a multimillion-dollar renovation that began earlier this year. Crescent manages both the Crowne Plaza Baltimore and the Radisson Hotel Baltimore Downtown-Inner Harbor, which combine to create a two-tower complex that takes up an entire city block, 707 rooms and 50,000 square feet of function space.
Located in the heart of Downtown Baltimore area, the hotel offers easy access for corporate travelers to area companies such as BGE, Pandora Regional Office, TransAmerica, Exelon, Legg Mason, Veolia Energy, the Under Armour Global Headquarters, the George H. Fallon Federal Building and Edward A. Garmatz Federal District Courthouse, world-renowned Johns Hopkins Hospital, and the University of Maryland Medical Center and Mercy Medical Center.
The property features nine meeting rooms, more than 20,000 square feet of meeting space and Crowne Plaza's latest innovation Plaza Workspace, which is a flexible meeting and work solution with various work areas that allow for solo or collaborative work. Meeting spaces are available to guests and locals, and each work area is equipped with a tablet for on-demand service and food and beverage ordering.
The hotel also offers an on-site restaurant Harbor Sports Bar and Grill, and Marketplace “grab and go” service, a 24-hour fitness center and an outdoor pool.
