As Kimpton Hotel Monaco Denver celebrates its 20th anniversary, the property announced the hire of Christopher Guse as its new general manager. Guse comes to Monaco Denver from Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix where he spent the last two years serving as assistant general manager.
Guse’s track record includes a strong ability to identify revenue enhancement opportunities in all departments and improve overall operational efficiencies. His attention to detail and segment strategy expertise led the Palomar Phoenix to earn consistent top market metrix placements. A firm believer in the power of a positive workplace, Guse takes pride in creating an engaging and energizing team environment.
Born and raised in Phoenix, Guse graduated from the University of Phoenix where he majored in business management. Shortly after graduating he began his career in hospitality where he advanced in operational roles within housekeeping and front desk management before transitioning into property management.
