VIRGINIA BEACH, Va.
The Founders Inn and Spa joined the Tapestry Collection by Hilton portfolio. The hotel will continue to maintain its own individual spirit, blending Old World beauty with Colonial era charm.
The Virginia Beach property will undergo renovations, complete in within the next two years. Updates will include full renovations to all 240 guest rooms; the additional of a permanent tent, which can be used for outdoor events; and a redecoration of The Swan Terrace Grill, including new furniture, carpets and drapes.

The property is set on 26 landscaped acres, eight miles from Norfolk International Airport. Amenities include two pools, a complimentary seasonal beach shuttle and two dining options, as well as a seasonal pool bistro.
The hotel boasts 40,000 square feet of meeting and event space across 18 meeting and conference rooms, a grand ballroom and a 78-seat amphitheater.
