The 150-room Sheraton Tarrytown Hotel in Tarrytown, New York, completed a multimillion-dollar renovation of the lobby, restaurant and bar, meeting space as well as the addition of a full-service Starbucks. The guest rooms were completed last year.
“We are so pleased with the transformation of the hotel to a fresher, more updated look,” said Natanyi Cabrera, general manager of the Sheraton Tarrytown Hotel.
The hotel features a newly designed club lounge on the top floor, an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, fitness center and 1,200 square feet of meeting space.
“With the Starwood acquisition by Marriott, we were very happy to see the brand’s dedication to Sheraton,” said Michael Percaccio, vice president of operations, Lixi Group, which owns the hotel. “The “new look” is truly a great design, tying in both the traditional Sheraton feel with a modern approach. This project was done in two phases, phase one being the guest room transformation and phase two being the lobby and public space.”
The hotel, located in historic Hudson Valley is close to the Kykuit, Rockefeller Estate, Washington Irving's picturesque riverside home and Lyndhurst Mansion. Blue Hill at Stone Barns and The Tarrytown Music Hall are also close by.
Sheraton Tarrytown Hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle to Metro North train station with trains north and south to Manhattan.
