The 309-room hotel, which underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation prior to opening, boasts 19,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The hotel’s food and beverage offerings include Thirty 0 Three Restaurant, which serves three meals a day. There is also a lobby bar and 34-hour lobby pantry.
The hotel’s function space includes 23 meeting rooms and the Regency Ballroom can accommodate 500 guests. Additional on-site amenities include a fitness center, indoor pool and outdoor sundeck.
The property is just minutes from Downtown Naperville and area businesses such as Navistar, Broadcom, Dell, BMO Harris Bank, Chervon, Wilton Brands, National Express Transit and AMITA Health Medical Group. Local attractions include The Morton Arboretum, Topgolf and Chicago Premium Outlets.
