At the Four Seasons Orlando at Walt Disney Resorts, you don’t have to fret about the adventure park distracting your attendees.
One main takeaway from our experience with this property is that, although your room might have a view of Epcot or the Magic Kingdom, it’s easy to forget you’re on the Disney grounds.
The greenery, waterways and interior design take inspiration from the surrounding everglades and contribute to a sense of seclusion from the chaos of the park.
Your team can still get work done in this lush and sophisticated meeting place.
The Meeting Spaces
Four Seasons Orlando has about 37,000 square feet of meeting space, so the property is ideal for mid-sized groups (100-300 people). All spaces are separated from the rest of the property’s 375 guest rooms, 68 suites and recreation areas. Two ballrooms can be divided into smaller spaces, and two large event lawns have full power capabilities.

There are also multiple terraces—perfect for networking and breaks from meetings.
Four Seasons Orlando also offers a range of dining options. We cooked up fresh pasta with one of the chefs at Ravello, which serves modern authentic Italian cuisine. You can rent out a private room at the restaurant that seats up to 35 for a fun, interactive dinner with your group.

Another group dining option is Capa, which is on the 17th floor. It’s closed to hotel guests until 5 p.m., so groups can rent the space for lunch. A vivid attraction of this space is that you can watch the fireworks over Magic Kingdom at nighttime, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

The Amenities
The golf course at Four Seasons Orlando caught our eyes. It backs up to the meeting spaces and just a short walk to the clubhouse, so it’s easy for groups to take advantage. Designed by Tom Fazio, the course recently underwent a $2.1 million renovation—it’s in top shape.

The course is also ideal for group teambuilding, with an 18-hole putting course and glow golf at night, which has become popular for groups.
Space on the course can also be utilized for events with up to 200 guests.

The property has a 5-acre waterpark dubbed Explorer Island, which is complete with waterslides, splash zones, interactive fountains and plenty of pools.
Work & Play
Four Seasons Orlando—about 30 minutes away from Orlando International Airport (MCO)—is also ideal for families on bleisure travel, especially with the Disney park nearby. A complimentary shuttle can transport guests to and from the park’s ticket and transportation center every 30 minutes. From there, the park is just a short monorail ride away.
Like we’ve mentioned, this property is subtle about its connection to Disney. There aren’t Mickey Mouse ears everywhere—it feels like an oasis for groups who still have work to do.
