The “centerpiece” of this event is the “Very Long Table!” covered in more than 1,000 dishes. It can be served as a lunch or dinner service with a fully customizable space, menu and overall experience.

Chefs cook their way down the table toward the seating area, plating course by course. Each guest will eat 10 courses over the duration of the event in two to three seatings.

While not at the table, guests are able to immerse themselves in a fully interactive environment.
An open-plan prep kitchen gives the guests a view of the action while myriad activations surprise and delight, including drone bartenders, food-etching lasers, interactive cooking demonstrations and an aromatics laboratory to provoke guests’ imaginations and excitement over the course of the event.
