New York
The new Hotel Indigo Williamsburg Brooklyn, located among the industrial warehouses and bohemian boutiques of Williamsburg, features over 20,000 square feet of flexible event space, a full-service kosher kitchen and 127 guestrooms. Meeting and event planners can choose from the 6,600-square-foot Williamsburg Ballroom, Union Mezz Ballroom, pre-function spaces and a variety of open-air venues for any-sized event.

Hotel Indigo Williamsburg Brooklyn features contemporary architecture, modern interior design, a pool complete with an open-air sun deck and poolside bar and grill, along with works by local designers and artisans. The Brooklyn Bridge is easily accessible, connecting guests to Manhattan attractions.
Also in New York is Manhattan’s new Courtyard New York Midtown West, a 399-room hotel that includes a variety of group offerings catering to small or large meetings.
Located across the street from Hudson Yards and two blocks from the Jacob Javits Convention Center, the property features elevated guestrooms and suites, custom meeting and event space and a convenient location for any sized meeting or event.
The Courtyard New York Midtown West offers up to 250 room blocks and custom packages and promotions for groups of all sizes. In addition, its 1,700 square feet of multi-functional meeting and event space is designed to accommodate small meetings for up to 28 guests, while providing a private boardroom and pre-function space.
Guests can also enjoy Courtyard New York Midtown West’s bar, lounge and restaurant. Additional offerings include a grand-atrium lobby, fitness center and guest laundry.
Massachusetts
Mandarin Oriental, Boston is currently finishing up a renovation, which will upgrade its guestrooms, spa, fitness center and event spaces. This design refresh is spearheaded by design firm Champalimaud Design and is slated for completion in Summer 2020. The hotel remains open throughout the refurbishment, which is being phased to allow for minimum guest disruption.
The scope of work includes all guestrooms and suites as well as the hotel’s 10,000 square feet of event facilities. Mandarin Oriental, Boston’s choice of event venues includes a large ballroom, four naturally-lit function rooms and a landscaped garden.
The hotel’s spa is also being enhanced with the addition of three new treatment rooms and refreshed wellness amenities.
The event spaces are being designed as ‘ornate jewel boxes.’ Interiors will feature opulent and creamy neutral tones with complementary accents that give each room its own personality while serving as a transformable canvas for a variety of meetings and events.
Mandarin Oriental, Boston is situated in Boston’s Back Bay and is near some of the city’s major attractions, such as Boylston Street and the Prudential Center.

Pennslyvania
The 104-room Fairfield by Marriott hotel in Washington, PA, just opened with new décor that nods to the brand’s heritage and was designed with the modern traveler in mind. Each room features a lounge chair, mobile desk, comfortable couch and more to allow for productivity on the road.
The Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Washington Casino Area offers guests access to Meadows Racetrack & Casino, the Tanger Outlets, Washington & Jefferson College and Southpointe Business Park.
Additional hotel amenities include an indoor swimming pool, outdoor patio, fitness center, business services, valet laundry service, a boardroom that seats 10, and 927 square feet of meeting space to accommodate functions of up to 80 people.

Rhode Island
Ocean House Management Collection, the operator and co-owner of the Weekapaug Inn resort nestled on the shores of Rhode Island’s Quonochontaug Pond and Atlantic Ocean, recently announced the July 2020 opening of the Pavilion. The Weekapaug Inn Pavilion is designed to host waterfront events year-round and the new space will host up to 75 guests and offer multiple configurations.
Features of the two-level Pavilion include large windows for waterfront views, an entry porch, two lobbies, spacious meeting and break-out rooms, and an east porch that invites guests to enjoy the waterfront breezes.
Nestled on the Atlantic Coast, surrounded by a salt pond and overlooking a barrier beach, Weekapaug Inn is less than three hours from New York and two hours from Boston. True to the historic essence of Weekapaug Inn, the Pavilion will be designed in a classic New England style, influenced by its environment.
The wooden structure paired with a stone chimney will complement red cedar roof shingles. The barefoot luxury ambiance and natural surroundings will complete the rustic yet refined venue.
