Orlando: Enhancing Amazing

Convention Center in Orlando

It’s no wonder why Cvent Supplier Network consistently ranks Orlando as the country’s No. 1 meeting destination—and it isn’t just because we continue to raise the bar with innovations and renovations, starting with those at the award-winning Orange County Convention Center (OCCC).

Our accolades also have much to do with our commitment to being the healthiest meeting and business-travel destination in the U.S., starting from the time visitors arrive at Orlando International Airport (MCO) and continuing to our ground transportation, acclaimed meeting hotels and venues, and all the unforgettable adventures your attendees will want to experience while they are here.

What’s more, our options for business and pleasure are constantly expanding, providing endless possibilities each and every time you meet here. Make your next event just as you imagine. Host it in Orlando!

Disney Coronado Gran Destino

Influenced by the cultures and vibrant landscapes of Spain, Mexico and the American Southwest, Gran Destino Tower features a grand, two-story lobby; new meeting venues (including a 24-seat boardroom and the 2,859-sq.-ft. Lantana room); and a rooftop restaurant and lounge offering breathtaking views of Walt Disney World® Resort.

Offering full-service business centers and Wi-Fi availability in meeting and convention facilities, other meeting-focused Disney Resorts include Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, and Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts.

SeaWorld® Orlando

Experiential meetings are popular at SeaWorld® Orlando, where groups can go behind the scenes with customized educational programs that focus on the park’s robust animal rescue efforts. Before your event, SeaWorld® will send an ambassador to explain more about the resort’s conservation efforts.

What’s more, SeaWorld® donates 1% of all net revenue from an event held at the park to the SeaWorld® Busch Gardens Conservation Fund, so you can support a great cause while hosting a group experience your attendees are sure to remember.

SeaWorld® offers a wealth of other adventures your attendees won’t want to miss, starting with food- and music-focused seasonal festivals. And SeaWorld’s all-inclusive day resort, Discovery Cove®, provides an island escape for a more upscale group experience.
