Canopy by Hilton San Francisco SoMa hired Jeff Ossenkop as chief enthusiast – general manager and Heidi Calhoun as lead sales enthusiast – director of sales and marketing.
Together, Ossenkop and Calhoun will lead the hotel in becoming a hospitality hub for community engagement. The duo has worked together at a numbre of properties throughout their extensive hospitality careers.
Ossenkop brings more than 22 years of experience to his new role and most recently worked as general manager at The Tremont House – A Tribute Portfolio in Galveston, Texas. He joined the Canopy brand during the launch of Canopy by Hilton Austin Downtown in 2019, where he curated the onsite dining programs.
Calhoun has worked in the industry for over 20 years and has extensive experience in directorship. Most recently, Calhoun worked in Galveston at the Tremont House – A Tribute Portfolio. She has previously worked at Canopy by Hilton Washington DC Embassy Row and Canopy by Hilton Austin Downtown.
