Hilton Omaha to Complete $12 Million Guest Room Upgrade in Summer 2023

Hilton Omaha Exterior

The 600-room Hilton Omaha, Nebraska’s largest hotel, will complete a $12 million guest room renovation at the end of summer 2023. Like the vibrant city just outside the hotel’s doors, all guest rooms will soon take on an updated stylish and modern aesthetic with new furniture, lighting and decor. The guest room renovation follows the completion of the recently refreshed lobby and public spaces.

“We are thrilled to soon unveil the newly reimagined Hilton Omaha. Our modern guest rooms have been redesigned to provide business, group and leisure travelers with an unparalleled guest experience,” said Robert Sabin, general manager, Hilton Omaha. “Coupled with recent enhancements to the property, the hotel’s transformation will leave a lasting impression on guests from check-in to check-out.”

Owned by Freestone Capital and managed by Hilton, the reimagining of Hilton Omaha was founded on the confluence of the hotel and the burgeoning downtown riverfront that borders it. Deep within the history of Omaha lies a collection of stories that have been shared over centuries and the design concepts reflect an idea of going against the current and pushing through the past to make way for a better future. Drawing inspiration from the river, hints of blue can be seen throughout the room along with modern design elements fused with unexpected details to provide a fresh and elevated experience in all guest rooms and suites.
