Events of all sizes will meet in this renewed, inspired environment that seamlessly integrates with the Loews Meeting Complex at Universal Orlando. Meeting professionals can access a stunning total 247,000 square feet of meeting space when combined with the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort. With the two properties just minutes apart on foot, this meeting paradise includes four ballrooms, ranging from 30,000 to 42,000 square feet, 31 meeting rooms, seven dedicated registration satellite desks and an additional 41,000 square feet of outdoor meeting space to accommodate meetings of all sizes.

The two properties combined provides groups with a total of 2,000 guest rooms and eight distinct eateries, including four exceptional full-service restaurants.

Following on the heels of a 2014 conference space expansion, all guest rooms were refurbished in 2016 with a modern take on tropical decor, adding new desks with more USB and electrical outlets, custom furniture and bathroom renovations. The major upgrades continued apace in 2019 with a lobby renovation that added a grab-and-go snacks market and redesigned both the check-in desks and the cocktail and sushi bar.

Here’s a sampling of eateries (pun intended):

Islands Dining Room

You'll feel like an islander in this Polynesian-inspired restaurant. In a setting as unique as the Pacific Islands themselves, indulge all your senses with such delicacies as Krab Rangoon, Mongolian Beef or Green Curry.

Jake's American Bar

Jake's American Bar celebrates the life of Royal Pacific Airways' most beloved pilot, Captain Jake McNally and is the perfect place to meet for drinks, food and lively entertainment after a day of meetings and other adventures. Try the Aviator, a hearty meal of smoky brisket, home spun mac and cheese, grilled corn and sweet potato fries, or, let your senses take flight with a B-1 Bomber Burger and a pint of Jake’s Original Red Lager.

Orchid Court Lounge & Sushi Bar

At the heart of this South Seas paradise, The Orchid Court Lounge & Sushi Bar, nestled in the lobby, serves up an inventive menu of sushi, sashimi, salads and appetizers you can knock back with Japanese whiskeys, sake and beer. Be bold and order the Rainbow Roll paired with a Mt. Fuji Margarita with Patrón Silver Tequila, Casamigos Mezcal and Yuzu Sake.

Orchid Court features a theater-in-the-round design and seating areas with sweeping views of this tropical paradise retreat.

Bula Bar & Grille

Bula means "welcome" in Fijian and you will feel right at home in this laid-back poolside restaurant. Food and cocktails are served with a tropical twist, but you’ll have to choose between fruity drinks, wraps and appetite pleasers, like the Big Bula Burger, Big Kahuna Chicken Quesadilla or Bula’s Shipwrecked Loaded Nachos.

Wantilan Luau

The Wantilan Luau is an unforgettable experience of authentic Polynesian food and live entertainment. On select nights, the dinner show features a tropical buffet complete with a pit roasted pig! Captivating hula and fire dancers will make you feel as if you're at a true island party so be sure to bring your own grass skirt!

Loews Royal Pacific Resort transports you to a tranquil South Seas retreat where you can leave the rest of the world behind and unwind with all the benefits of a Universal Orlando hotel guest.
