Meetings Today magazine launched a full redesign of its print product with the release of the January/February issue.
Led by Senior Brand Designer Scott Easton in collaboration with the editorial team, the newest iteration of the publication debuts a sleek, minimalist design approach.
“Our intended goal with this redesign was to streamline the look of the Meetings Today brand, so the reader will immediately connect with the content,” Easton said. “We kept some elements but added several new ones, which I think our audience will appreciate.”
Key elements of the new design include:
- More white space and greater emphasis on photos: In a visual industry such as meetings and events, and having destination coverage as the backbone of the Meetings Today brand, imagery is given the space to shine.
- Splashes of color for easy navigation: Pops of jewel tones help draw attention to key elements and provide consistent visual cues for the reading journey.
- Trusted content: Insights from editors and industry experts remain essential. Regular departments readers are familiar with are here to stay.
“Our readers are busy, and we wanted to make our content eye-catching and easy to digest for professional meeting planners on the go who need inspiration fast,” said Senior Content Director Danielle LeBreck. “We also felt it was really important to maintain the columns our readers have come to love—we feel that trusted content from real-life experts is more important than ever, especially in the age of AI.”
The launch of the new design follows more than six months of collaboration, with the Meetings Today reader at the forefront of all design decisions.
