The W São Paulo, sitting atop the Rua Funchal skyscraper in São Paulo’s southern business district, is the first Marriott Bonvoy hotel in Brazil. Located on the building’s 25th floor, the hotel gives guests views of the Pinheiros River and the city skyline while offering easy access to the city via a walkway bridge.

The property has 179 guest rooms, including 16 suites, and includes amenities such as a spa, gym, outdoor pool, two restaurants and three bars. The W São Paulo also has over 5,300 square feet of meeting space across five event rooms. The largest of which is the Great Room, able to accommodate up to 363 attendees and is divisible into three sections.

Egypt
Hilton Cairo Nile Maadi is a new hotel situated in the urban Maadi district of Cairo and features views of the Nile River, Pyramids and Cairo landmarks. The hotel has 255 guest rooms and is close to attractions like the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization and the Cairo Coptic Museum.

The hotel has 255 guest rooms and features four food and beverage outlets, the eforea Spa, a fitness center and outdoor swimming pool. The property also has over 17,500 square feet of meeting space across nine meeting rooms, with the largest being the 4,423-square-foot Orchid room, able to accommodate up to 500 attendees.
Peru
Located in Lima’s Miraflores neighborhood overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the SOUMA Hotel Lima marks the first hotel of IHG Hotels & Resorts’ Vignette Collection in Peru. Its 214 guest rooms are devoid of single-use plastics and designed with natural materials to create a sense of ease in the center of the city.
The hotel also has three signature restaurants, a 24-hour fitness center, a heated rooftop infinity pool, spa and nearly 3,000 square feet of meeting and event space across four venues. The largest of these venues is the Irupe room that, when connected with the Victoria Regia room, can accommodate up to 124 attendees.

Turkey
Nestled within the landscapes of Turkey’s Cappadocia region sits the Cappadocia Marriott Hotel, the newest and largest hotel in the region. Located near the town of Göreme, guests can explore local attractions such as Göreme National Park, Open-Air Museum, underground cities and the area’s hot-air balloon launch site.

The hotel has 298 guest rooms, a fitness center, an indoor and outdoor pool and three signature dining venues. The property also has a Health Club & Spa with a variety of spa treatments, including Turkish baths and massages. The Cappadocia Marriott Hotel also offers over 20,000 square feet of meeting and event space across 13 event venues, the largest being the 4,133-square-foot, column-free Cappadocia Ballroom able to accommodate up to 1,150 attendees.
Adventure to Ancient Arabia
Situated in the heart of a historic district in Saudi Arabia’s capital city, the new Bab Samhan, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Diriyah marks the first hotel to open in the historic district of At-Turaif, the birthplace of the first Saudi state.

Nestled within a labyrinth of alleyways, the 134-room hotel offers a glimpse into the deep history of Saudi Arabia, with the surrounding area featuring ancient Najdi architecture and preserved buildings such as palaces, mosques and mudbrick structures emblematic of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The property captures this ancient architecture within the same organic walls that have cooled travelers and housed locals for thousands of years. The hotel has been crafted with restored Najdi design elements and the guest rooms feature local Arabian art, books and artifacts.
The Bab Samhan, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Diriyah features three restaurants that incorporate locally sourced produce, a spa that offers guided meditation and yoga, and a fitness center. Guests can also explore the city of Diriyah and the history of Saudi Arabia through guided tours of the nearby UNESCO World Heritage Site or attend storytelling sessions, poetry readings and culinary tours.
The property also has five event spaces that offer natural light, and a 1,312-square-foot ballroom that can accommodate up to 250 attendees.
