Executive Chef Murray Hall brings over 30 years of culinary experience to Toronto’s BMO Institute for Learning, operated by Dolce Hotels and Resorts by Wyndham. His mandate is to maintain a high level of culinary creativity and help keep the institute’s guests focused and ready to learn by having a robust food program to support dietary trends, personal choices and deliver an inclusive dining experience for everyone. Chef Hall is also a member of IACC's board of directors.
