The M Street Hotel (formerly The Wyndham City Center Hotel), located here, will be renamed the Renaissance M Street Hotel this spring following a $25.2 million renovation project.
The renovation includes the refurbishment of the property’s guest rooms, meeting space, lobby, restaurant, and bar.
The hotel contains 355 guest rooms and 10,800 square feet of group gathering space.
