Plans are in the works for a new JW Marriott here, which will be connected to the soon-to-be-expanded Indiana Convention Center.
The new hotel is slated to house 1,000 guest rooms and open in 2009, one year before the unveiling of the expanded convention center.
The hotel will contain meeting space and will be connected to the convention center via a skywalk system.
