Urgo Hotels and the Real Estate Group of Marathon Asset Management opened a Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn by Marriott near the Montreal International Airport.
The 160-room Courtyard and the 169-room Residence Inn have separate entrances, but share facilities such as 7,000 square feet of meeting space, the Orville Restaurant, a business center, an indoor pool, and a health club.
