Crescent Hotels & Resorts acquired the Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel and plans to initiate a $10 million renovation.
Upgrades will be applied to the facility’s exterior, guest rooms and public space, and are expected to finish by the end of the third quarter.
The 389-room hotel is located across the street from Milwaukee’s Brookfield Shopping Mall and contains 18,000 square feet of meeting space.
